Shafaq News / The Ministry of Health of Kurdistan Regional Government announced on Monday morning, the diagnosis of new infections with the emerging corona virus.

A statement of the Ministry stated to Shafaq News, "Eight cases of Corona were diagnosed in Erbil city.

The statement explained that the infections were distributed to a man, a woman and three children, all of whom were relatives of a case that was diagnosed yesterday in Khulaifan sub-district of a man returning from Britain.

He added, that the other three infections of people from Dohuk who returned from France recently were quarantined in Erbil.

This brings the number of Corona infections in the region to 150, including two deaths and 55 recovering cases.
