Shafaq News / Kurdistan Government announced on Wednesday that “its delegation will visit Baghdad again to continue discussing the outstanding issues, especially financial ones.

Government spokesman Gutiar Adel said in a press conference that “they are continuing dialogue with the federal government and there is a positive atmosphere to reach an agreement based on the constitution is the basis for resolving differences”.

He added that “the Kurdish the government is committed to securing salaries".

He noted that the delegation will visit the federal capital in the near future, saying, "We are continuing the dialogue with Baghdad, and the visits will begin soon, and we are seeking through these discussions to obtain monetary cut for the region in accordance with the Iraqi constitution".

Regarding the disputed areas between Erbil and Baghdad, the spokesman said, "We have expressed our readiness to the federal government to participate in the security situation in the conflict zones because we know that there is a security vacuum in these areas and we need cooperation".
