Shafaq News / The Integrity Commission in Kurdistan Region announced on Monday that the extent of corruption in the region, reached more than 400 billion Iraqi dinars since 2014 until now.

Judge Chairman , Ahmad Anwar said in a statement to reporters today on the sidelines of a conference held on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day in Erbil city that corruption in the region exceeded 423 billion Iraqi dinars in the past five years.

He added, "We were able to return 17 billion dinars, 790 million dinars to the region's government, and seized two billion 770 million dinars."
