Shafaq News / The prominent leader in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), Mulla Bakhtiar said that he supports decentralization in the region within a specific framework and approach only.

 “Decentralization is an economic authority, as the authority of how to better manage the governorates, but no party should lead the situation towards imposing the reality of two or several regional administrations in Kurdistan Region ,” Mullah Bakhtiar, a member of the Supreme Political Council in PUK, said in an interview with Shafaq News agency.

"This will be the biggest strategic mistake committed by any party or accepted by any other party."

"The stage for the late Excellency Mam Jalal and His Excellency Masoud Barzani to come together and solve the problems is over."

 “The formation of the union has changed, and there are changes within Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) in its next conference."

"According to my accurate information, there is an endeavor on all sides for the two parties to meet after Eid, and I am ready, if necessary, to initiate a solution to these problems between us,” he added.
