Shafaq News / A hospital for treating Corona virus has been opened on Monday according to the District Department of Koy Sanjaq district in Erbil governorate, the capital of Kurdistan Region.

The administration manager Yusef Hassan said in a press conference today that the hospital was established according to modern standards, as it contains the necessary equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of   Corona virus.

He added that the hospital has a capacity of 12 beds and we hope that no one needs to review it in the future, adding that following preventive and health measures, and imposing a curfew were the reason for the virus not spreading in Kurdistan Region, unlike the neighboring countries and countries of the world.
