Shafaq News/ U.S. President Donald Trump has signed an executive order authorizing Secretaries of Homeland and Defense to call in Army and Coast Guard reservists for service, the White House announced.

According to the decision, the two ministers were authorized to issue a summons of reserve soldiers from the army, navy, air force, and coast guard, to serve for a period of up to two years "with a number not exceeding one million individuals in service at any time."

The United States is using all its capabilities to cope with the rapid spread of Corona virus in the country, as the number of infections exceeded 100,000 recently.

Trump has described Corona virus that invaded America as an "invisible enemy".
