Shafaq News / The number of deaths in the United States due to the "Covid-19" has risen to more than 38,900, and the number of infected people has exceeded 734 thousand, according to the latest statistics of "Johns Hopkins University" on Sunday.

New York State, the worst hit area in the United States, has recorded 13,157 deaths so far due to the outbreak of Corona virus.

Johns Hopkins University data showed on Saturday, 29,980 new infections recorded in the country, and at least 3,700 people died.

The United States is the most affected country in the world and ranks first in the number of deaths and infections.

According to the university’s data, Corona virus has caused the deaths of 160,700 people worldwide, and infected 2,328,000 people so far.

European countries, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and Britain are also considered the most affected countries, after the United States, from the outbreak of Corona virus.
