Shafaq News / The Iranian state television announced that the number of deaths from Corona virus in the country has reached 54, while the number of people infected with the virus so far has reached 987.

In the past 24 hours, Iran has recorded 385 new infections.

The Iranian government decided to reduce the working hours in official departments and banks temporarily, due to Corona virus, as Iran is the country most affected by the virus in the Gulf region.

Most of the cases that occurred in other countries in the Gulf region were people who visited Iran or contacted people from there. No deaths have been reported in the region so far except in Iran.
