Shafaq news/ A man drove into a protest in Seattle and shot a 27-year-old man in his arm on Sunday.
Police was able recover the gun preventing further casualties.
A video shared on Twitter showed a man emerging from a vehicle and appeared to be carrying a gun, as he ran into the crowd. The sound of what appeared to be gunshots was heard in the video recorded at the scene.
The protests were among nationwide demonstrations sparked by the death of George Floyd, the African American man who was killed, on May 25, while he was in police custody in Minneapolis.
The demonstrations took a violent turn with incidents of fire, assault and looting; leading some cities to impose curfews. At least 10,000 people have been arrested in the protests, according to Associated Press.
