Shafaq News / Sudanese media reported news of a failed assassination attack on the country's Prime Minister, Abdullah Hamdouk on Monday, using a car bomb targeting his motorcade.

The media reported, "The assassination attempt that Hamdouk survived targeted his convoy in the capital, Khartoum."

No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attempt, and it is not yet clear if there were any human or material damages .
